Pier Rise House

This house is built to a very high specification and full of new and innovative equipment and the latest technology.

This is a new house centered around people suffering with epilepsy. Staff will be trained to a very high standard in epilepsy and seizure awareness. The staff will also be trained to recognize different seizures and administer rescue medication.

Each room can be tailored to the needs of the individual with specialist alarm systems to alert staff to seizures, thus enabling the residents to have the privacy they rightfully deserve. The services offered in the other units will of course be available i.e. independent living skills, college courses and community based activities.
