Established in 1976 as a residential care home for children, CFT is now a residential facility that has been providing specialist care for young adults with a varying range of difficulties who need consistent care and learning support to make progress and prepare for re-integration.

Young adults placed at CFT have different combinations of difficulties that, in varying degrees, tend to impact heavily on their social and educational development.

CFT has a holistic approach in providing a care home for our residents; so that in all aspects of life each person receives every possible encouragement to reach their full potential; and to re-integrate as soon as possible within their local community.
