Welcome TO Pathway House

 

Pathway House is a 10 bedroom home with 2 of the rooms having en-suite facilities. All rooms are fitted with nurse-call system. We design the room to meet specific individual needs including specialist beds.

This is a high needs home although no nursing is provided. We are able to cater for: Gastronomy Feeding, Epilepsy, Physical impairments, Dysphasia & Suctioning.

Having created a sensory environment, overhead hoists are available in all rooms, including the lounge and the dining room, enabling the residents to relax in the sumptuous surroundings of their living space. All residents' bedrooms are decorated to their individual taste.

It is important for some of our residents to know the structure of their day. So working with their key worker they can create a daily timetable which can be presented in various formats i.e. written word, symbols, photos for object reference.

Residents with Dysphasia are able to eat a well presented meal due to our unique food preparation equipment. We have a dedicated staff team who strive to create a stimulating atmosphere whilst promoting day to day living skills.
